Tokens are not pre-minted. Instead, the contract tracks allocations on-chain. When the admin calls claimAllocation for a category, the full remaining allocation is minted to the specified recipient in a single transaction.
Key properties:
Each category can only be claimed once (the entire allocation is minted at once).
Burned tokens do not restore allocations — once claimed, the allocation is permanently used.
Total minted supply can never exceed the 100 billion max supply.
Allocation amounts and categories are set at initialization and cannot be changed.
